Janie Seltzer
Janie brings more than 40 years of pastoral leadership and an M.A. in Theology. The Seven Sacred Signposts were revealed to her through her own spiritual journey, and she guides women through them with depth, warmth, and an unhurried heart.
Kathy A. Souza
Kathy brings more than 20 years of business development experience — and first came to SoulCARE as a participant herself. She leads the Mastermind’s strategic business support, helping women move what they carry forward with clarity and intention.

About the Mastermind
Do I need to attend a Sacred Path retreat before applying?
No. Whether you’ve attended a Sacred Path retreat, completed Called to Rise, or are discovering the Women’s Center for SoulCARE for the first time, you are welcome to apply.
How is the Mastermind connected to Called to Rise?
Called to Rise is a free reflection that helps you consider what you carry, what might be holding you back, and what may need strengthening. The Mastermind is one possible next step for women who want ongoing spiritual formation, discernment, and strategic support as they develop and express their message. You don’t need to complete Called to Rise to apply.
What is included in the six-month experience?
One introductory clarity conversation, six monthly virtual Mastermind gatherings, and two in-person Sacred Path TV studio experiences at MBS Studios in Manhattan Beach, California, where you prepare for and take part in two professionally produced Sacred Path TV conversations.
What happens during the Sacred Path TV studio days?
You’ll join us at MBS Studios for preparation, professional makeup, studio time and your Sacred Path TV conversation with Janie Seltzer. For the founding cycle, the first studio date is November 12, 2026, and the second is planned for January 2027 (exact date to be confirmed).
